FINAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN UNTIL YOU CHECK IN ON ARRIVAL
- Upon receipt of your booking we will confirm all details, prices and any requests by email and or phone. BOS will then email you a pro-forma invoice and a link to set up a direct debit mandate, if this is your choice of payment
- Bridge Overseas (BOS) are acting as our main agent for this event. Any contract is between you and them and not with BridgeClubLive. They can also organise flights should you require this.
- Please do not book any travel/flights until your accommodation has been confirmed
- You can cancel your booking without charge by giving just 29 days notice
- If you cancel 28 to 15 days prior you will be charged 25% *
- If you cancel 14 to 8 days prior you will be charged 50%. *
- If you cancel after this date you will be charged 100% *
- We will always do our best to resell your booking
- You can name change without charge up to the day before

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS
- 1st 5 Single Bookings - £20/person
- 1st 5 Double Bookings - £20/booking
- Non-Bridge Player Discount - Less £20/booking
- Local Players (who live <50 miles radius from Venue) can apply for a day rate visit if not staying - this will include, Lunch and Dinner and all bridge.
- Available ONLY on Saturday or Sunday.
Insurance
This is not included so you should take all sensible precautions when booking in case of cancellation.
