Q: Who can I add to my List of Friends?
A: Current members (Full or Social) can add any other current member to the list
Q: My friend changed alias, what happens then?
A: You will no longer be able to see your friend in your List of Friends, BUT we will keep any notes that you have made about your friend, if you then re-add your friend (With the new Alias) to your List of Friends, the notes will auto re-appear
Q: My friend often changes alias, as he/she is a Guide/Director, what happens then?
A: We will auto deal with that, your friend will always show, with whatever alias is in use at the time
Q: My friend has vanished from my List Of Friends, what has happened?
A: Other than the 'Change Alias Reason', if your friend is no longer a current member of the club, we will wait 60 days before your friend vanishes from your List of Friends
Q: Will I be able to easily see which of my friends are
in the club when I am in the club?
A: Colour coding is used to indicate which members are
on your List of Friends in any current view. In addition you can choose to view
which of your friends are in the club
Q: What are Groups A, B, C and D used for?
A: The groups A, B, C or D are used for sorting your friends
on the webpage list of friends, When in the playing area of the club different
colours are used for the 4 groups
Q: How do I change the Group that a friend is in?
A: Click the alias of the friend to go to the update page
where you can choose the group. When in the playing area of the club then this
option is available via the Player's Profile
Q: Will I be able to add friends to my List Of Friends when I am in the club?
A: This option is available via the Players' Profile
Q: Will I be able to view my Notes (Or Short Notes) of my friends when I am in the club?
A: Short Notes show when you click on an Alias. Full Notes
are viewed via this webpage
Q: Will I be able to edit my Notes (Or Short Notes) of
my friends when I am in the club?
A: Short Notes can be edited via the Players' Profile.

Q: Why is the WebPage list of my friends in the club up
to 5 minutes out of date?
A: We are using logs, generated every 5 minutes, to give
you a good idea of which friends are in the club now, without having to actually
enter the club. If you are logged into the Club with the NeXtGen Version or the old JAVA version, there is a link to your Friends which is 100% up-to-date
